Dunkin' - Paramus

The new management is incredibly incompetent. They claim to be open 24/7, yet this is the fourth time I've placed an order through the app only to find the store closed when I arrive to pick it up. If your staff decides to close the store, they should stop accepting online orders and taking my money. If you're going to change your hours randomly each day, please ensure that the online listings and app are updated accordingly.

The service was outstanding. They really know how to make a perfect Americano coffee. I highly recommend it! ☕️

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the establishment is well-maintained and organized. Additionally, the service was prompt.

I ordered two bagels, and I have to say, I've never seen bagels that aren't round in all my years. Wow!

Today was bitterly cold, with temperatures hovering around 7 degrees, but stepping into this Dunkin’ felt like a warm and inviting refuge. As soon as I walked in, the delightful aroma of fresh coffee wrapped around me, and I was welcomed by a charming gentleman named Milton. His service was outstanding, and I have to say, the coffee I had was the best I've enjoyed in quite some time. I've been to various Dunkin' locations during my travels, and while they are generally decent, this particular Dunkin' had coffee that truly stood out. The coffee roll I tried was wonderfully soft and fluffy. Milton’s friendly attitude and cheerful chat really brightened my morning and helped me forget the harsh cold outside. I arrived shortly after 5 a.m., and this experience was a fantastic way to kick off my day. If you stop by, I'm sure you'll find it just as enjoyable. **UPDATE:** Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing, and I've decided not to return. On Free Doughnut Day, I received a doughnut that was so stale it could have shattered glass! I was en route to Connecticut and ordered black coffee with two sugars and cream, but I received it plain. I ended up tossing the coffee and feeding the doughnut to the birds. Not the ideal way to start what turned into a very long day.
