The Eating Establishment - Park City

I say we love this place. But if you eat for a great atmosphere and good house style, don't look further. this is the place to breakfast in Park City and there is no argument. Today I have the Farfelle and Egg Scrmable, my wife got the pig has skill and she where amazing. so fresh and so good. the service was fast and friendly, as it was every time we go. absolutely loves the Vanilla Latte and the fire and simply relax with my wife and enjoy the amazing atmosphere.

The Eating Establishment is my favorite place to eat brunch and breakfast. Your cookies and Gravy are divine. The cookies are huge and the severity is so good. It's so delicious. Veggies and pork are in the pan delish. The French toast, pancakes and waffles are super delicious! The service was very fast and friendly.

You have the US RAW CHICKEN! Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience here. My hamburger came with blood that soaked the rolls and pommes (see my plate above in the picture). I was adult, but I tried to eat some bites, there's a $21 burger. I decided I was done when my daughter mentioned in the law that her chicken was raw. RAW!!! My 9-year-old son had also ordered the chicken and ended a whole chicken tender before we notice that his was raw, too. The manager then refunded the chicken and burger 50% of the rest of our meal. I feel honest as if she had refunded the whole meal, as we all lost our appetites. The manager said the cook was new. GREAT, glad he cooked my food. I think that is unacceptable. I'll never go back!

Fun vibe, friendly staff and good food. We were hoping to get a Moimosa on the weekend before 10:30 in Utah. Would highly recommend the huevos rancheros, they were very well done.

The food was very good . The service was amazing. Fast service. Clean. Tasty. Lots of options on the menu for breakfast brunch If you go for breakfast you might want to come early because they get a long lines
