Rustic Fire Pizza - Paso Robles

This was my first dining experience at Rustic Fire during the pandemic. After reading some positive reviews, I decided to try their vegan options. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza with vegan cheese, asking for no ham or cow cheese on my half. The pizza had cashews and pineapple, and I also requested jalapeños on top, making it a Hawaiian Volcano from their secret menu. The restaurant offered outdoor dining, with some customers not wearing masks when not eating. However, the staff were diligent about wearing masks and there was plexiglass indoors for protection. The washrooms were clean and easy to use. I appreciated the low-waste approach to serving food, such as using reusable water bottles and durable paper plates. The pizza was served on a tin tray with parchment paper separating the vegan and meat sides. The Hawaiian pizza with cashews was delicious and perfect for sharing. Overall, a great dining experience with a focus on sustainability.

We were passing through Paso Robles and were pleasantly surprised to find this place. They have vegan cheese and lots of veggies to choose from. The service was excellent, pizza was yummy and it was really clean. Hand sanitizers on all the tables inside (a must for these times)! We ended up stopping here on our way back through again.

We were pleased to find that they offered vegan cheese, although we were not particularly fond of Daiya. The pizza was stunning and generously topped with basil. (Review updated on March 24, 2024)

This is a fantastic restaurant. I tried a delicious vegan sour drink and enjoyed a tasty veggie pizza with vegan cheese. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
