La Perucha - Paterson

The food and service exceeded our expectations. I really loved the ambiance of this restaurant. It's a fantastic spot to take my family out for dinner.

The food is delicious, but I can only give this restaurant one star because I cannot give it zero. I placed my order at 6:26 pm and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. It is now 8:25 pm and I still have not received my order. The customer service here is terrible. After waiting for over two hours, they claimed to know nothing about my order. Eventually, they admitted they gave it to someone else who left with my food. I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

I ordered a delicious Salmon Cheesesteak through UberEats, but unfortunately, my last two orders were canceled. I decided to visit the restaurant in person and was disappointed to find that there was no food on display. When I asked the employee if they would be making food that day, she simply replied, "I don't know." As a restaurant, it's important to actually serve food. They need to do better.

Amazing shrimp tacos! Its a new spot thats only been around for the past three months. They have a cute backyard patio thats byob and the wait staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were phenomenal. Shrimp were plentiful and the slaw mix was very yummy. There menu has a large variety of seafood from a to z. Definitely a great little seafood spot to checkout!

The food and service were beyond our expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. Superb spot to take my family out for dinner.
