Contribuisci feedbackThis site leaves a lot to be desired. Sent my order in an hour ahead and it was not ready for pick up. I had to wait for them to complete it. Poor facility!
The manager Tyler was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards all his female employees and customers. Whenever I asked for anything, his responses were short and curt. The restaurant was very dirty, and this was not my first negative experience there. When I finally received my food, I asked for my table to be cleaned, and was told it had just been done. I will not be returning to this establishment as I was very disappointed and do not recommend it.
I had a terrible experience at Subway today due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager, Tyler. The way he treated some of the female staff and other customers was unacceptable. I will never be returning to this restaurant again.
I just passed by the restaurant. I usually don't dine there. It's situated in the Payson Village Center.
Ridiculous management. They did not have veggie patty so I asked for guacamole on my sandwich as a replacement. The cost of the veggie patty is more than guacamole and the manager man said so as well. It would be more than fair, then to have guacamole replace the patty, since they would not give me a patty. They would not listen and would not like a repeat customer or a happy customer, so they just said no, because they want to save a buck for their business. They suck
