As usual always have an amazing experience here with the friendly atmosphere and amazing servers and waitresses I always enjoy our time here

Choose somewhere else. Not great tasting. It was close by the hotel and that was the only plus. We had pizza and it was just ok

Great friendly service from our waitress, no complaints there. Terrible food, our pizza was burnt and missing ingredients, but the kitchen staff really didn't seem to care ( we could see the cook from our seats) . Tried to send food back, but was not successful

Last visit to ESM we said we wouldn't go back. We have a young family member who is crazy for the Shirley Temple with candy floss so we had a lunch there in July. Lo and behold, food was piping hot, zucchini appetizer was amazing, AND the bathrooms were spic and span and did not smell. Big improvement over last visit!

We had all you can eat pastaPasta was cold sauce was hotMix it together you get lukewarm pastaThe Alfredo sauce had no flavour The bread was goodAnd the waiter was on top of itThe "Italian salad" was a big red bowl2 slices of onions2 peppers and some croutons and lots of lettuce, very little dressingHowever the Ceaser salad had lots of flavour The waiter started out wellThat it went down hillAll you can eat pasta shouldn't upset a server and yet when my father and Brother in law tried to reorder it appeared both times to annoy the server Then he would stare at us (my guess would be to make sure no one else was eating the pasta and no one was) but it was creepy and made us all uncomfortable When it came time to pay he told us the debt machines had been down for an hour and they only accepted cash (maybe something you should have been told before you are seated???)We were on vacation so luckily we did have cash on usBut I heard the couple beside upset bc they had to go to the MACS next door and use a random machine that everyone knows you shouldn't use (stand alone cash machine that charges 3 plus dollars to get money from)Overall I was on vacation, we had been eating at home and felt like eating outThe changes of me returning are basically noneNot just because I don't live here but because the food isn't worth the money. There are some good chain restaurants where you feel like it's home cooking or has lots of flavour This is not one of themShould Be noted when we asked to speak with a manager about the cold food we were told he on the phone with the debt machine company and not available.
