Pembroke Big Stop

Showers are excellent staff is great. Truck pumps could use an update. the banan bread is great.

Food was fine. Diner portions, not the expected truck stop portions. Nothing exceptional.Service was good. Slow, but it was busy and needed more staff. But the server we had was super nice.Expensive. Lots of breakfast items for $13 to $16.I would say it's entirely average.

Had the fish n chips. So delicious. Waitress was very attentive. All dishes delicious. Fish n chips. Chicken stir fry. Soup n sandwich. Rice pudding. Sooo yummy.

I had no issues with my breakfast and wife was the same. Pretty much everyone at our table was happy except granddaughter. I would try again but the lineup and wait sucked but hey, not their fault on that complaint.

I asked the hostess if the staff were double vaccinated. She said one server had been vaccinated. The rest of the staff are not yet they insist that patrons be double vaccinated
