After a bit of a wait, they were told to take someone else's cold order because theirs had been taken by mistake, and they ended up waiting 20 minutes for that.
It's quite disappointing that a place that prides itself on "coffee" doesn't know how to make a long macchiato. It was even more puzzling when they asked me what size I wanted. When I requested a small, traditional size, I didn't expect any confusion. My sister ordered a dirty chai, which was also quite average—unsurprisingly so, as it seemed to be made with chai syrup. The staff was friendly, but the prices were steep, just like what you'd expect at an airport. If you're looking for a good coffee at the airport, I would recommend going through security and finding a better option elsewhere.
