Delish Ice - Perth

Perth has a fantastic and ever growing food truck culture. I can safely say that we’ve never passed the Delish Ice caravan without making a purchase! Little Chef tucked into a salted caramel ice pop, which after a bit of convincing him to let me have a nibble, I found it was indeed delish!.

I am a great fan of delish ice food trucks. it is the sweetest truck in perth. they love the retro vibes and the ladies in pin-up clothes that serve the pops and the owner is beautiful and deserves a lot credit for creating such a cool little business. I fight to choose a favorite, but the Elderflower pop had stolen my heart. it's sweet, but not too sick! can't wait till earlyling when they come back!

Usually I have always drawn to the watermelon and limonade pop that they sell, but this time the basilikum and the oldest my eye catches, so I decide to try something else. it has a really floral, syrupy taste that is perfect for a hot summer night. the basilikum and elder ingredients are well balanced, with the others not being exaggerated. it is refreshing and a beautiful step change.
