Good spot for a lunchtime roll and beats the local opposition easily. Reasonable value as well - give it a try

Rolls appeared recently on Hay Street. They serve a quick and easy menu. Very Fresh and prepared in front of you. Don't expect a big menu but what they do is worth sampling. Coffee great too

Brand new joint located at the Western end of Hay street, just before you hit the freeway overpass, heading towards Parliament.

I adore everything about this place - affordable prices, fresh and high-quality ingredients, and speedy service. The chicken salad is absolutely delicious. Heading to Rolls for lunch is always a fantastic choice.

I have tried the Pork Belly Baguette and the Hot Chicken Baguette at this restaurant. I found both sandwiches to be delicious and tasty. I appreciate that they offer half sizes, as sometimes I prefer a lighter option. I would definitely order these sandwiches again.
