The Trustee Bar and Bistro - Perth

Service was extremely poor. Booked in for xmas party 2.5 hours before the first lot of food came out. Steak was cold when it finally did. Wouldnt come back here

A very funky bar, Angel's Cut by Trustee offers a wide array of delicious cocktails and very reasonably priced food (if you look at how much you get). The staff were all very friendly and service was very quick.

An absolutely horrible steak, too much gristle and the char flavour overtook the flavour of the meat. Clean your grill! On the plus side, the Bearnaise was absolutely perfect. But $44 for a gristle laden scotch fillet is insulting, even for Perth. Toilets were also disgusting, considering there are $900 Pinots on the wine list.

Recently dined at the Trustee Bar and Restaurant as a part of the Eat Sip Stroll event. I found the staff very helpful. The venue is very noisy due to the concrete walls and no sound deadening. We had the mount barker chicken parfait pie. Honestly I've had a better chicken pie at New Norsica Bakery and quite a few other bakeries.

Very disappointing. We shared the signature dish - the Chateaubriand and it was not good. I don't know how they cook it but the texture was pasty, it was raw (not rare) in the middle and riddled with strings of fat. The fries were also not very good, soggy and not crisp. For$126 I expected a lot better. On the plus side the service was excellent and there is a nice buz in the restaurant. Won't be going back.
