Silver Spoon - Pickering

Please do not waste your time or money at this restaurant. I recently had a terrible experience here and feel compelled to share. Despite all the positive reviews, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. For the second time in a month, I was served old, stale food. Last month, the biriyani I ordered was rotten and when I called to complain, they simply offered a refund. Today, I ordered multiple dishes including Angara chicken, chicken biriyani, and butter chicken, all of which tasted like leftovers. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years, but this experience has truly upset me. I have reported them to the health department. My advice to Silverspoon is simple - if you wouldn't serve it to your own mother, don't serve it to the public. Stay far away from this place.

This restaurant serves the best Tandoori and Biryani dishes I have ever tasted. The Naan is always fresh and delicious. However, the Kebab is not up to par. The customer service is excellent and overall, I really enjoy this place.

I tried several vegetarian dishes here, and I was always happy. Large chana masala, large veggie samosas, decent palak clothing and more. Surprises that they have no simple Basmati rice available on site — you need to wait if you want it. Prices are simply great: two small curries are $10 and make a great dinner for two (if you add some rice at home).

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The Ankara Chicken and Bryani are both delicious. I highly recommend returning for another meal.

If you want to be treated with respect, don 't expect this going into this store, their food is good in a last option situation, but the service is terrible, they treat you with rude and mean service. Especially their items when they have to weigh...the food, and they will add extra weight, I caught them today red handed and they said so what ....just a word or warning.
