Pollo Tropical - Pinecrest

I would like to give this place five stars, but I can't have my order many times messed up today they gave me an employment, because I said I wanted to say churrasco that steak and churrasco are the same they don't go any further because the next pollo tropical but very disappointed by service

Avoid! Super slow drive thru, nobody cared to go faster, lots of people standing around doing nothing, spent more in gas waiting for 30 min than my actual order.

Twainazia (got the name from my receipt) offered me one of the worst attitudes and services that I have seen in a while. I was nice to her the whole time, to no avail. The guy that prepared my food took a while and had a lot of uncovered hair, but at least provided much better service and attitude.

The employees at this unit have terrible, totally indifferent attitudes. My wife's Tropi-Chop did not have the avocado that I had to pay extra for. It was dripping in an oily liquid and was barely edible. Never again!
