Workers are great and friendly. My only issue is it's such a terrible wait. Always packed no matter what time of the day.

Staff is fantastic, but so annoying to take more than 15 min to get a coffee! You need a bigger building and more staff!! I pass and get coffee...
Drive thru is slower than death and incredibly poorly designed.
Love the Starbucks in Wooster they are so nice and treat me nice Love to go there and get my Chia tea
