I was waiting in the car and witnessed the entire exchange. After hearing what they told my husband, I got out of the car to see if I could at least get a card or a number for confirming reimbursement. Instead, I saw one of their employees take two bags of food, complete with receipts, to the back and completely ignore me. We've had past experiences at other locations where they held onto our food even after we arrived close to closing time, and they even made fresh fries for us. So, I decided to call corporate because what happened was unacceptable. The way the manager acted was very unprofessional, almost like a child. Additionally, this Spring Creek location frequently messes up our orders, and their fries tend to be soggy. My husband will definitely take my warnings more seriously from now on since I keep track of these experiences. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money or time here unless you're in a pinch or it's the only location nearby. Good luck!
