Billy was exceptional… he was courteous, prompt and professional! It always a PLUS to receive excellent service!

What can I say, it is the central point for the bottom of the mountain so depending the time you come down, you can get over crowded or have a nice peaceful time on the lake. Food is good but basic, with the occasional venison chili and during some events or weekends the redbull truck blasting music and selling drinks. So overall a good time to stop. ?

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is everything for cooking and eating, and everything for relaxation. The bathroom is clean. (Just not enough shower gel and shampoos. I was very pleased! Great hotel!

Not recommended. This place is poorly run, staff is overworked, prices are outrageous, wait time is excessive, and sanitariness is questionable. Go to Tuques instead...
