Flouch's Point Lonsdale

We arrived early and decided to take a walk, as they assured us they would be able to serve us a larger meal when we returned. Upon our return, we inquired about non-alcoholic drinks and were told they had Coke. When we asked if we could have lemon-lime and bitters, the waitress had to check first. Everything seemed fine, and we ordered broth rolls, which are usually complimentary with dinner. We were told they would come right out, but we ended up waiting another 45 minutes. When we complained that we would leave if the rolls weren't served in 5 minutes, they finally brought them out—only to find they were cold, despite being freshly baked! For the main course, we had steak and snapper; the steak was not cooked medium-rare as requested, and the potatoes with the snapper were hard. Overall, it left us feeling disappointed, especially since we had already faced several issues before leaving Point Lonsdale. I wouldn't recommend returning! Service: dine-in.

Family enjoyed delicious food and wine. The waiter was interesting and engaging. Service was for a dine-in experience. We went for dinner, and the price per person was between $60 and $80.

Reminds me a little of the Queenscliffe Hotel in its Hey day! Food top notch. Best meal in the area I’ve tried. Floor service was technically perfect performed by one person offering fine dining service under pressure as it was busy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–80

Service was fabulous and our entrees were delicious. There were inconsistent serving sizes with the mains, with one of the roast ducks being much smaller than the one the other person at our table who ordered the same dish received. The steak was bland and the fries were dry and needed seasoning. The vegetarian main alternative seemed to be a problem request despite informing the venue at the time of booking as well as an additional email to confirm ended up being a small bowl of underwhelming vegetables for a ridiculous $45. The ambience of the venue was nice but overall our group was disappointed.
