The service was extremely slow, and the staff were not very friendly. I ended up having to drink three out of the four coffees I ordered because they were completely wrong. I requested extra cream and sugar, but there was neither in sight, and the drinks had no flavor. It seemed like they were more focused on managing the chaos than on providing good service!

Depends which one you go to. They put way too much milk in the ice coffee and too much ice too. sorry they're getting rid of the styrofoam cups it catch your iced coffee freezing cold all day. They're always out of donuts and they're never fresh. Coffee is not as good as it used to be. If Krispy Kreme had good coffee they would have blown them away
