Arby's - Quakertown

Well we wanted to try this Arby’s but never again am I coming in to your place in Quakertown . It was so empty inside and waited 20 min for our food . All fast food is a bad place to go anymore.

Well, I figured I’d give this location a try since the renovation was completed. I was wrong..Chose to dine in, and simple order for two people took 20 min. While waiting for our food, the next two single orders waited almost as long. As we ate our meals in the dining area, we couldn’t help to overhear thestaff behind the counter arguing and bickering about their jobs. Renovating the store does nothing when your staff is improperly trained and/or have no management. Back to Chick-fil-a…

Arbys is supposed to open at 10:00.The doors are NEVER open at 10:00 when I complain to the service window person, he says they are short handed NOT MY PROBLEM) or that he just got back from the bank again NOT MY PROBLEM) And then had to wait 20 minutes for the food .I'm so DONE .with ARBYS...

Cast food chain serving their signature today beef along with other hot sandwiches. Took longer than normal to fulfill a take out order for 5 people. Ordered inside and had to ask where my order was as did the person after me.

Server over charged $20 on a bill that should have been $30. Be careful in this checkout!
