Dunkin' - Quakertown

This dunkin is one of the worse I'm going on a resistance basis. not the best, they try, but they need to improve.

Very friendly staff and always superior service. Pretty sure I can feel the love mixed into the coffee donuts. Thanks my Dunkin' friends; you rock!

The daughter took an order for the family including a donut and big coffee with only cream. I have been home and no donut and coffee had tons sugar. I asked if she hadn't got one in the bag and said they hadn't given her. she didn't want to send her back, but she went back today and asked if they were to reimburse, but they said no, because it was 2 days late, and no quitting. not generous, but with the amount of time we go there, it was disappointing.

Got their iced hot cocoa w/ blueberry shot caramel flavoring. Very good. Next time I'll get w/ no blueberry. Somehow it over powered the cocoa flavor

Raj Lyla were so helpful kind. The interaction made my night. And I now have a favorite munchkin thanks to his recommendation! ???? I have so much respect for businesses that treat their first responders well and it?s obvious they haverelationships with many of them in the local area.
