Contribuisci feedbackDisappointed at the service at this Spingfield Blvd White Castle.They were rambling over my order without gloves taking sandwiches out the bag and swapping them as if they were the wrong sandwiches. They were not organized.They need to be trained on how to prepare the order like McDonald's they have a system..first get the drinks etc..if they have to tell the order out like they do in a kitchen do so. No one seemed to be in charge as far a getting the orders out in a timely fashion. They didnt know how to read my order from from the app. They gave me a sandwich I didn't order and didn't give me the condiments I ordered as my food looked very sloppy..just very disappointed as I love White Castles and I've personally been going to this particular one since a child with my grandmother. Another time I went they waited till I got to the register through the drive-thru to tell me there wasn't enough sweet tea for the gallon I ordered and already paid for as the asked me to substitute for a small cup of drink of my choice, which wasn't enough to fill that gallon...smh...there just not organized ...redo the training there ...and there not welcoming I love a smile with my meal.and please hold I'll be right with...thank you come again..the attitude shows in the service and food ...do I need to come and supervise these worker on great customer service and organization in a kitchen????
Waited 30 minutes for my order. There clueless and the lady that I took a picture of had no hair net on and her mask was not up!!!!! Please I hope corporate sees this so they can train them correctly!
It took 35 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead for 4 chicken sandwiches and a sack of fries. When I questioned at the window and all I said was 35 minutes?really? She closed the door and walked away. I was?handled? by another associate with how much I owed. When I questioned why she dismissed me he said ? she doesn?t want to argue with you?. I responded ? I don?t want to argue with her either? . No one wanted to explain what happened. Then a third associate took over and decided I was the problem because they felt I didn?t want to hear her explanation. She said ok and good night with a tone that suggested that she was done with the situation. All I wanted as to know was why did 2 cars take so long and with the in dining not so busy. They were so dismissive and disrespectful. I want to know why this had to happen this way.
Best white Castle i ever been to. The workers were courteous and the food came out in a timely manner. Y'all the best!
Place as almost all white castle was fine. Food was good same as most of this chain.
