Contribuisci feedbackI love dunkin! big coffee at most locations. her app has great offers that I love. but I have to say this place was one of my favorites earlier because they make big coffee and sandwiches. but it was a few weeks that the customer service became bad! the employees always use their phones. the last part is that they use you again and again. it will take them minutes before they ask you if you need anything. I always order online, and it takes me time to get there, and if I get there, the order is not ready. Why? because the employees do not even check online orders, they would rather check their phones. management, please act because it sucks that a good location has bad customer service.
Yesterday and my family went to this place, we were waiting there to serve for about 15 minutes. when we tried to order a croissant with wurstei and cheese, we were told that the eggs were frozen, the wait is a thing, but the service was terrible when I felt for coffee, I will give Star-Bucks my service instead of Dunkin’ donuts.
I bought an ice decaf with oat milk. I went around lunchtime and it was busy, but the line moved quickly.
This place is a sweat box, no AC and get that kid some help in the front.. 6 people waiting and he can’t handle it alone… 2 people walked out.. Not his fault.
I have been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and honestly this is about the only dunkin that makes my Carmel latte right. Some other ones give you what seems to be the bottom of the coffee grains and barely fill your cup up. Usually I order ahead and it's always ready. The workers do seem to be short staffed at times and have to deal with some rude customers but they handle themselves well.
