The staff clearly doesn't want to be here and almost everyone has a neck tat. If you're hoping for a CFA that accommodates here, you have a better chance defending Kyiv. Stop hiring ex-cons who are pissed off they're employed by a college dining hall. They get customers off of necessity not want at this location.
