Horrible service I can see from the reviews this is something that happens all the time I arrived at 6:40 PM on Sunday which they close at 7 PM I went to the drive-through I asked for K cups the woman didn’t answer me back I drove up to the drive-through window was in the car for 10 minutes honking the horn finally a older Indian man shows up from 10 feet away waving his arms around angry like he was swatting at flies I guess saying they’re closed even though it was only 6:40 PM terrible customer service and from all the reviews I read I can see nobody thinks they have a good customer service I hope corporate reads this … If you don’t like your job and you don’t wanna work then don’t go there to work because obviously you didn’t work

There were rats running under the tables. The floors were disgusting. DO NOT spend your money here.

The worst customer service I spend $30 and they got my order wrong and when I went back to tell them to fix it the man in the register gave me the worst attitude and tossed my drinks at me never again they need to close this door down

Always order the same cold brew French vanilla. So I know the good from the bad. This is a bad. No flavor, not sweetened properly. Glad I do not come this way often. The guy on drive-through needs customer service training. No welcome to dunking or Thank yous. Many other Dunkins in the area. GO elsewhere.
