Duncan is always dumping for the coffee unless it's still on somebody make it wrong other than that Duncan will always be the same but they need to add flavor to the food Grill it better or something is just so

It hurts me to write such a negative review because I've been a Dunkin Donuts customer for about seven months. To start, my daughter and I walked to the window and ordered a medium dragon fruit refresher and two small hot caramel coffees. When we got there, the total on the window was $17. When we questioned why the amount was so high, the Indian woman working behind the counter explained that the cost was $17 since there were two small coffees which were $6 each and a medium refresher which was $5. I paid with my credit card to her, and she handed us the receipt, but the amount on it was $9.56, not the amount she had indicated or the one that was shown on the screen. The woman gave me a weird look, rudely handed back my credit card, and had an attitude when I asked about the total. When she handed us our drinks, the two coffees weren't hot at all and were hot french vanilla lattes rather than the caramel coffees I had asked for. -Tuesday November 7th, 2023 at 5:23 pm.
