Panda Express - Reno

For the 4th time in a row even when asking, still didnt get sweet and sour with my rangoons. Chow mein noodles were tough, dry and tasteless.

Terrible experience. The honey shrimp was dry and the Beijing Beef was overcooked. My drink order was wrong and I didn't receive any utensils or napkins.

The service at this restaurant is fast and efficient, with all items being correct.

The price doesn't justify the small portions we received. They didn't even include a fortune cookie.

Very friendly staff. The cashier carefully wiped out the sauce on the box before packing the boxes into the plastic bag. She reminds me to get utensils as well. The person served the food made sure that I got the warm fresh ones. They made me feel like a valuable customer. I ordered the family feast meal. If you chose vegetable as one of the sides, you actually got an extra veggie entree. Good deal.
