The the woman taking my order said no refills, it's a Dunkin cup, then I wanted the fresh pack ice cream, she says am I sure I do not want one out of the freezer. It does not taste the same! Customer service is not #1 anymore, tips, and let the customer be wrong!

Hand packed ice cream means PACK it down, it doesn't mean put about 10 scoops with all space in between in a quart container and sell it as a Quart of Ice cream...Rip Off
