Pizza Hut. - Saint Paul

Had the drive-thru. Was fast and easy, Pizza was great, as always. Girl in the window was so beautiful and sweet! Good experience!

Had to wait a long time when we were supposed to have thru in the car. The people who block the window in front of us must have order and wait for their pizza to be cooked while mine was ready and always soggy. Thin Crispy Pizza wasn't crispy. Probably not back.

First, do not give people a chance to go inside to get food when the interior is closed. Secondly, you should not wait for 40 minutes and never come into the window to pay because the workers do not know what they do. After 40 minutes, I'll wait. I never have my pizza. I'll never order from here again. That's a shame.

Called to say 15 minutes came to save 20 minutes later told me it would be another 15 minutes got my pizza 50 minutes after I NEVER COMING BACK

Waited in drive-thru line about 30 minutes to get pizza (dining room was locked due to COVID—must be the last restaurant in Shreveport where that’s the case). Pizza was obviously not hot and fresh and also was not made to specifications of online order. Will never come back to this location.
