Contribuisci feedbackFantastic spot for a lovely dinner! The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Bartender Lory prepares the most delicious tiramisu martini! We visit Salida once or twice a year, and we always ensure we dine here. Vegetarian options: Plenty of great vegetable dishes. Service: Dine-in. Meal type: Dinner.
Art Ferraro, the owner of this restaurant, has always had a rude demeanor, even back in school. I'm shocked this place is still operating given his attitude and the low quality of the food. I've never paid so much for such poorly prepared and unappetizing dishes. I would have had a better meal at a fast-food drive-in. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. If you're interested in wasting your money on subpar food, then this is the spot for you! Believe me, if Art is around, you’ll likely want to confront him. Save your money and skip this place; it's not worth it!
Best restaurant in Salida, hands down. The pasta is hand-made daily and the staff is incredible. Quaint and cozy atmosphere with delicious wine and desserts!
Average experience across the board. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Our server was rushed and came to our table to inform us of all the items they were out of, which included many wines and dishes. We were also charged for croutons in a takeout box and a split plate fee, despite them simply bringing us an extra plate without actually splitting the meal. It’s more about the principle than the cost; if you’re going to impose a fee, you should at least have the right products to justify it. We left feeling disappointed, both in terms of taste and overall experience. Service: Dine-in.
06.30.2023 Must make reservations. It is very, very small inside. Everyone is super nice. Food is pricey, but what isn't. We ate with tip for $90, and there were just 2 of us Food portions are HUGE. I don't eat a lot, and it was a waste for me bc I wound up throwing the food away....too much. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just a lot The bread was dense and tasty. The butter was rock solid hard (cold). I would've liked to have soft butter as it didn't spread and tore the bread up The pasta sauce was good, but way too much on the spaghetti. It was drowned in sauce, and the pasta was too el dente. There needs to be a little less oil in the sauce, please This was our first time there while we were on vacation, and we would go back possibly again I do recommend, but stating my experience only. Give them a try and I'm sure you'll like it!! Dietary restrictions: Very rich and oily, but somewhat tasty food Parking: Parking is near impossible when busy Kid-friendliness: We saw some kids there and as long as their well behaved they would like it. Other than that, bring the electronics Wheelchair accessibility: Step up. Makes it hard for handicap
