Had many plans of restaurants when I arrived at the island but the sign closed kept on popping up. Arrived at Flinchs... that was opened and I didn’t have any expectations. I don’t eat meat or gluten and it can be quite a hassle to find something... The cook made miracles in the kitchen and I got some really tasty prawns with fennel and other veggies, amazing potatoes and a salad exploding with tastes. Flexible and food made with love! And yes my partner had the Wiener schnitzel and was also very happy.
