Rare 125 - San Juan

Simply amazing, one of the best places I've ever gone, if I could give the food 6 stars, I would.

You can never go wrong with this place! also in the pandemic, this place has proven to be stone-hard when it comes to service, ambiente and food quality. if they are eating, they would agree after eating here that one has to come back art of space. marnet has made a great job at the recommended pairing for the steaks and I loved how they even gave me a sample just to convince that their Cabernet proposal (a not Cabernet pot) was the best for the fillet mignon! beef carpaccio is addicted, and forget about the whispers! I could have ordered more and more.

I wish I had made a photo of my food before I swore it! the steak was perfectly cooked and the service was excellent! great atmosphere and delicious cocktails!

I liked my experience in rare 125, I ordered the empanadas de filet mignon ropa vieja as an appetizer. the appetizer was my favorite part of my whole meal. it had amazing taste! I have the 6oz file with au poivre sauce on the side. I ordered my steak medium well and it was a little burned on the outside, but I had nothing to do with it. I also have the roasted garlic carrots that were so creamy and good. the personal was so attentive and nurturing and waiting for eating was not long. it was a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our experience at Rare 125. Our server was well informed and helped giving recommendations and pairings. We had the Beef Dumplings to start, Salmon Gnocchi with Parmesan Risotto, and my wife had the 10oz Filet Mignon with Fried Yuca Huancaina and Truffle Mac n Cheese. We tied it all up with the dessert Mil Hojas and an espresso. Great atmosphere and food. You'll be talking about it for days.
