Domino's Pizza - San Marcos

To deliver 2 hours for my pizza, the driver switched off his tracker and took 2 hours to deliver a pizza that was finished at 10:20 and was not delivered until midnight. My pizza is ice cold, whoever the delivery driver has to be fired. I live 5 minutes from the Dominos it should not take 2 hours to get my pizza delivered.

He's shocked by faith. 3 times after our order had grown up “mysteriously lost” and placed on the tracker over an hour. On the 4th attempt to ask for a refund only, we were told “can not do” and it would be another hour before our food was even made. Between the telephone silence to the elongated “ummmm...” I wonder what someone is hired to do with this franchise. I would definitely consider some changes if I were the recruiting manager. It's just a pizza place. Shouldn't be so hard. You still seem bad service from other reviews I have read according to our bad experience.

I've attempted to place online orders from this store several times in the past six months, and each time something goes wrong during the ordering process. I'm certain it's not just this location; it seems like Domino's corporate needs to address issues with their app. I have decided that I will no longer be ordering from Domino's.
