Ginger Sushi Poke Shop - San Marcos

I love it!! I and a group of friends went in and got our food in time. The staff was especially helpful to those of us who never had sushi. It was nice and clean and the chocolate banana bombs were AMAZING. Recommend everyone who loves Sushi or wants to try it for the first time.

Very happy with my first visit! This place brings a new sushi experience to San Marcos. The menu is unique with options for everyone. I had the Umami Poke bowl, I'll have another one soon. The service was excellent and fast. Enough to go back, there's so much more I want to try. It is regrettable to see such a vindictive 1-star rating. My experience was far from her, but I don't know that other people expect when they demand a take-out. Can't have a 5-star experience if you just eat the food. There's more than that. Come here and find out. Very recommended!

Amazing food! Me and my friends new favorite sushi! Red Tiger Roll was amazing! We loved it! Best Sushi ever had and the prices were great. Come back!

Love the food here! Even with a menu concentrated primarily on fish I can find many delicious vegetarian options. The veggie poke bowl with sticky rice paired with the picky radish roller is A

I enjoyed the food and service, but the dishes were not clean. The glasses looked like they loaded the dirty dishes and just pulled them out without cleaning. My fork had dried food on it and we received another fork that looked like it was damaged from a garbage disposal. If they would focus on properly cleaning dishes this would be a great place. I might give them another chance, but if I find the same conditions I'm out.
