Have you ever had a Mochi Donut? It's a hybrid between a cake donut and Mochi, which is a Japanese rice cake that is chewy in texture. I recently got a 1/2 dozen $16.50) from here and tried flavors such as: Crème Brûlée Matcha Strawberry Tiramisu Original Cookies Cream ChurroI liked how distinct these individual flavors were and the chewy/dense texture made these very fun to eat. They rotate their flavors weekly, so you will usually find yourself trying something new each time.If you don't wanna drive down here, don't worry Mochinut will be opening up an Austin location very soon, so stay tuned for that!Overall, I give them an 4/5 for being great! Definitely worth checking out.
Friend and I went in the afternoon to try out their boba. The Ube was really good, think it was like 6$. There was a lot of ice in it so the actually drink wasn't a lot. Good amount of boba can ask for more or less. Friend got the brown sugar , she enjoyed hers as well. She got a mochi donut wasn't so fond of it but cute spot overall.
Quite expensive but the texture is amazing Only ate the blue lemonade one so far. Can't say it speaks true to the flavor name but it was delicious and very satisfying.
I came here and wanted to get a mochi donut but they didn't have any so I ordered the Thai Milk Tea with boba. Mochinut not having mochi donuts??? Thai Milk Tea with boba- By far the worst boba I've ever had. It didn't even taste like Thai tea. Very watered down and unflavorful. The boba was hard and didn't taste fully cooked. Basically you are paying for the packaging, not the actual drink. Overall, I would never come here again or recommend this place for boba to anyone.
