Mr Gatti's Pizza - San Marcos

Stopped here because everywhere else was closed or had long wait. for the first time a gatti’s pizza. had a great experience. pricing with similar pizza chains. ingredients and taste is much better. sad they were made of mushrooms, but had a generous part of black olives. would definitely recommend and inclined to visit another location in the future.

The associate refused to take my order over the phone. What kind of business requires online orders only? Options are necessary for customers. Not everyone has online access so it’s pretty discriminatory.

Phoned in my delivery order. They said it would around an hour. An hour passes, no pizza. I call, no driver has been assigned to my cold pizza… ????

I wish we had an actual gattis pizza here in SMTX but I am happy to still have the pizza to-go!

Pizza is mediocre, but never been to a pizza place where you buy cheesesticks and they don't give one sauce. I always pay for an extra when I go somewhere, but every other pizza place I've been to atleast gives the first one with order. Employee said boss doesn't want to give it away. $7 for cheesesticks and trying to nickel and dime for a small thing of sauce is pretty offputting. On top of that got home and still didn't get my sauce. So pay extra and wasn't given it.
