Sanders Bbq And Soul Food - San Marcos

Over priced I went and ordered a catfish platter and gumbo and ended up paying $40 for it. On top of that I got 1 piece of fish for that price… the rest he put dry chicken tenders in the platter. Food isn’t good at all and he charges way too much . I love supporting local business and that’s why I stopped but I regret stopping I will not be returning

Me and my boyfriend stopped in today for a quick snack and we were just going to stop at a fast food place but I’m sure glad we didn’t! Not only was the man working there (I think the owner) was the most sweetest kindest person ever the food was to die for. I had the gumbo which was phenomenal it was perfect for these cold winter days and my boyfriend had the brisket and Mac and cheese

This place has the best catfish and greens, Ken was super nice and had great hospitality! I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while and finally found the time to try it out and it definitely did not disappoint!!

If u r in or near San Marcus u have to try Sanders barbecue. The owner takes his time and smokes the ribs soaks them in a special seasoned sauce.They r genuinely the most tender juicest ribs u have ever tasted..He also serves side dishes that remind u of food that ur mama would b proud to call her own. U must try his sweet potato pie its to die for.the best sweet potato pie

The dining experience at this restaurant was amazing. If you're ever in San Marcos, you need to make sure to visit this place.
