Contribuisci feedbackWait 30 minutes for a hot tea if you are 30 minutes behind drinks, you should say that in the register. Starbucks, if you charge for over low-priced drinks, increase your wages so that you actually staff the place.
Christmas eve- the staff made sure that we knew that we had a 10 article order when we arrived at the drive thru, but not let us know that they were distributed from avocado. It was until we checked our order and came out of the car to go inside and ask the avocado spread. The employee then said they were out and that we had to get a refund through the app. I have never received a refund from the app. It was always in business. I'm sorry you had to be there if you didn't want to be there. I still know you're here on a holiday.
I hate to do this, but how hard is it to look at an order and make what the customer ordered? It literally means that it is attached directly on the entrance to the cup. They also did my frap well before the pick-up time, so it was nice and melted and space temp until the time I got there. I get people messing up, people are human, but accusing someone almost $10 and consistently messing up their order could also steal... I mean, McDonalds does it every time for more than half the cost. Not good if a clown runs a better business than you....
Today, 10/29/22 I had excellent service today. I wait for my online order and asked the people who make drinks and I'm not sure what happened, but the person with pink hair made my drink immediately. She was very nice and I was actually less friendly than I should have been. The store was very busy and everyone looked to work really hard and still managed to have fun. I wish I could not thank them anymore, but I can do all this.
My wife is a regular and is always happy with her order, even the kids know what they want from here. Just wish they had some good sweet tea.Food: 3/5
