Freebirds World Burrito - San Marcos

This was our first time at this restaurant and we had a fantastic experience. There was a long line, mostly of college students, when we arrived, but it moved quickly. I ordered the Freebird Texas Brisket and it was delicious.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were 6 people working behind the counter, but not one of them greeted us when we walked in. There was no one else in line ahead of us.

The lady who helps us was very sweet. They have a wide range of vegan friendly foods. The Guac is not a charge that is wonderful. They mix their beyond/impossible (not sure which) crumbling with potatoes that is totally ingenious.
