Food is sooooo good here. The best tacos I?ve ever eaten.

I have always gotten good service and great food from here. It's one of my favorite places to eat now. And before here I wasn't to big on Mexican food but now I'm obsessed.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you about my extremely poor experience at one of your locations. This was my first time visiting Ta Canijo in Sauk Village, IL at 1445 E. Sauk Trail. My order number was 103 and I order three chicken taco dinners when my food was ready the cook only gave me one taco dinner and when I explained to the young lady who had a VERY poor demeanor and was extremely rude and disrespectful. She attempted to argue with me that I did not order three chicken taco dinners and tried too overcharge me for more. I informed her I will just return it and get my money back which I paid in cash I gave her the receipt and the order which was unopened she did not want to refund our money and she provided extremely poor customer service! I am very disappointed in this establishment and customer service. This person does not to be employed here and if this is how this establishment conducts business I will not be returning and neither will many others.

Positives: Steak tacos are delicious. Negatives: Poor customer service. On February 3rd, 2022 approximately noon. Poor attitudes from wait staff. I waited for 3-4 minutes and next in line. Another person approaches and the cashiers take his order before me. Rather than argue I left and won't return. A little training goes a long way.

Food has good flavor my favorites are the steak quesadillas ????young lady has very good customer service and is always on point with my order everytime really recommend
