Fortuna Chinese - Scarborough

I have spent many a happy time at The Fortuna over the past 40+ years and while there have been changes in management over that time, I still love going there.  Most recently (in the past few months I've been twice) it still has a nice familiar, neighbourly feel about it.  I have seen in some reviews that ppl criticise the staff for their accents? Please!  if you're not willing to find a way to communicate, go to KFC or Macca's.  We have always found the staff to be kind, professional and the food is great good price and delicious.  Scarboro local

Really good Chinese! Very fresh veges and tasty dishes. We’ve only ever had takeaway delivery $5.00 call or message them direct) Prompt and friendly.While it is a bit pricey, it’s the best takeaway Chinese we’ve had in Perth.

Fantastic place! Food is awesome and you can order it without the toxic MSG as well. Superb! While we lived in Scarborough it was the best place around for Chinese and thats even with a hundred to choose from up in Inaloo. Great place!

Ordered take away at Fortuna as we live locally. We had the special fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and sizzling beef. The food was tasty and reasonably priced for serving portion.

Great Food ALWAYS FRIENDLY!. We have only ever gotten takeaway from here but we love it, it is now our regular chinese takeaway place! The Chinese lady behind the counter is always friendly and we always get Free prawn crackers!! Love it!
