Solstice is one of the top cafes i went to in seattle. the drink selection was really big and they had plant milks as well. they didn't really have that many vegan food options when i was there (but they could be on rotation, i dunno), but the music and the vibes were awesome. everyone was being super productive, and the bustling staff gave off a super motivating energy. i like the minimal, chill decor, while still being super cosy!
There are drink options like any other coffee shop but nothing vegan to eat, except instant oatmeal
Great spot on the Ave for coffee. It’s a popular place to gather and to study
I happened upon this café by chance, and it was one that I have not regretted. Cafe Solstice had a quiet atmosphere that I enjoyed being present in. I sat at a table for awhile and finished some work, wrote some letters, and read from a book within the same morning visit. What was helpful was the communal dish return area and having a water refill station to use, I could practice autonomy and not have to ask for extra help when I could do these tasks for myself. The food was tasty, and a little expensive, I paid $23 for two sandwiches and a slice of banana bread after tax. I would probably come back again, in my experience, it can be difficult to find quiet spaces.
