Contribuisci feedbackI just wanted to share what my husband and I experienced at this particular location, the first person you see when you enter is the host which is suppose to greet and welcome the customers, the lady sitting at the wooden desk at the front was chatting away with someone on her phone, no acknowledgement was given to us when we entered and a line was starting to form because she was busy talking and ignoring us, then she said NEXT as if the customers were begging her for something, she called the guy infront of us then she called the group of people who came in after my husband and I, I spoke up when she did this, it was a very sour experience even before being seated, this was Saturday April 20th , she was Latino, race could of played a part in her behavior, who ever supervises this store should definitely train her properly on how to greet and speak to customers, she's not fit to be at the front desk, probably somewhere in the back where her lack of social skills is not required.Our Waiter however was excellent his name was Igor, very pleasant person, great personality and service.We need more people like him.
Our server was amazing. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name but he was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was a brownskin fella with locs.
I rarely go to RL. I couldn’t even tell you the last time I e been. We went for their endless shrimp. Highly disappointed. Food was very salty. Menus dirty. And service could have been better. Needless to say I will not be returning ever again.Wait time: 10/10Service : 4/10Food: 4:10Ambiance: family friendly.Price point: 4/10 due to the quality of the food served)Returning: No!
Made a reservation online for 7PM.Arrived at restaurant 6:53 PM and checked in with the hostess at the door. She asked me to write my name on a paper and said the wait was 20 minutes. Again, I told her I made a reservation. She told me to sit and I would be called. Three groups of people were taken before my group. When I asked why I was still waiting, I couldn't understand what she was said. When I said excuse me, her response was I wasn't speak to you. she ignored me by speaking to a co-worker. By this time it was 7:15 and no promise of a table. I left and went to a different restaurant. Front door person was very rude and unprofessional with no customer service skills. No manager in sight to supervisor the front.
We came here because my mom loved this location, so after her funeral, I took my family here for dinner, and she was right this Red lobster is the best fastest service and great food and friendly staff I will be back love this location
