Strait Coffee - Sechelt

I had the pleasure of dining at Strait Coffee for lunch today. Given how busy it was, I knew immediately that I had made a good choice. The service (counterside) was prompt and professional. The menu offers a large selection of homemade baked goods, sandwiches, soups and specialty coffees. Portion sizes are great for the price. The decor is comfortable, the roast turkey and cranberry sandwich was amazing, and the serve one of the best Americanos I have had in a very long time. If you are looking for a great coffee and sandwich place in Sechelt, Strait Coffee is a must.

Their chai tea latte are amazing! There is just the right amount of ginger burn. Espresso here is really good as well as all of their baked goods, especially the apple bourbon cheesecake!!

Whenever I visit from Vancouver this is my go to coffee shop. The vibe is good, very good coffee and a nice choice of food. Today we had the curried lentil soup with multigrain bread. Always enjoy stopping here!

Soups, "Dakota Bowls" (healthy rice-based meals in a bowl), wraps and creative baked goods that go beyond the usual muffins and scones. This place is a gem. Plus, the staff are super friendly - always a smile for you. A great pre- or apres-ski place if you plan to go to Dakota Ridge or just hang around the coast.

We have been going to Strait Coffee for many years. They make wonderful coffee and the food, whether breakfast or lunch or just a treat, is always excellent. And it is a local gathering place which is always a good sign.
