Wendy's - Seffner

They ask what sauce you want for nuggets but never put it in the bag. I got an excessive 8 sour cream for my potato but no butter. Fries were hot and salted. The sandwich was out of the wrapper in the bag. It's a hit or miss here. Their drive thruwait has gotten better. It used to take 20-30 minutes to get through the line but now it's about 8 minutes.

Avoid. My Diet Coke was watery and even after I brought it up to them they said that's the way it's supposed to be and wouldn't replace it. Further, all of our sandwiches were sloppily made and there was a random unknown substance on one of thesandwiches, possibly dried up old veggies, but it was very hard like a twig. On top of these the drive through service was veryslow and they forgot to give us straws, but after they refused to replace my drink I was so incensed I didn't think to check.

I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and this is what my food looked like. It had the wrong cheese, then it has two addition pieces of cheddar cheese, there was no bacon and the crispy dills we're a mushy and gross looking very similar to vomit. I wastotally disgusting when I opened my meal. By the way this #12 is about $10 for the whole meal. Also all the fries in my orderof $35 we're cold. They don't answer their phones either.

Fries were solicitous and crispy hot! The young lady working in the drive thru had the kindest eyes. I was scared to ask for sauce but she was so nice I gained the courage. The sauce made my day. Thank you Wendy?s for the exquisite visit! Will be cominghere more often.

It's bad enough you're on the line for a long time, after all the long wait to come and receive stale burnt chicken nuggets that looks dirty and cold French fries. What a waste of money? At least the burger was fresh.
