First Watch - Sharpes

I placed an order on 01/22 a few minutes prior to closing and once I reached my job my order was incorrect. I called them to advise them of this and they took my name and information down and told me to let them know the next time I place an order so I did on 01/30. I called and was transferred to the manager Sarah. Sarah lacks customer service and said I needed to come back sane day or the next day not a week or two later. I guess I’m at fault for having a job and not being able to come by due to the restaurant messing up my order I’m held accountable. I was not upset about the food but the lack of customer service I received from a general manager is **** POOR and I will not return

Always a great place to eat breakfast. Sincerely, it's the only consistent place I know of where I can eat something, fast healthy and semi organic. I wish there was more organic choices, but I'm very as is.

Very accommodating and understanding staff. My wife had a special request for her specific diet needs. They did great.

Breakfast was delicious and the service was Fantastic! Seth is an amazing server, and if ever in the area again will definitely be stopping in. Unfortunately they're so good and popular coming earlier means a long wait, but we came an hour and a half before closing, which meant none!

My new go to local first watch. Well managed. My son loves it and the million dollar bacon and elevated egg sandwich speak for themselves!Kid-friendliness: I always take my son. He loves it.
