My family of 4 popped in here, we were told that we could find great lobster dishes in this town and without the aid of premapping where to eat or having tripadvisor available on our phones, we blindly went into here hoping for a good time. The hostess informed us it'd be an hour or so wait due to the large party that had just ordered. I glanced around and saw quite a few empty tables and was surprised that one large party (of no more than 12-15) would throw the whole kitchen off by an hour, especially if they had already ordered at that point. At this point, we determined to move on since we didn't really have an hour to kill as this was just a pit stop on our long road trip but were surprised at the lack of care and the willingness to just turn down potential customers. We were so bold to ask another place to eat and got one other recommendation. We decided to leave and continued on our journey in finding somewhere to eat.
We enjoyed lobster dinners as we watched the sunset from the patio. Service and food was very good. There was no children's menu but my daughter enjoyed her huge scallops and some of our lobster.
I decided to make a quick stop at this restaurant for lunch on a lovely sunny day. They have a gorgeous patio area and a charming interior as well.
I visited the restaurant on a lovely Sunday afternoon to enjoy some freshly squeezed lemonade and a scone. The atmosphere was cozy and the lemonade was delicious.
