Tim Hortons - Shelburne

Not terrible, not the best._If you're traveling on a long stretch of driving, stop by here for coffee to keep you awake.

We always liked the donuts and pastries at Tim Hortons, all the ones we've tried have been truly excellent (although I prefer not to know how many calories they have...), and the kids really like the Timbits (donut holes). But last time we were at a Tim Hortons (several years ago), their "latte" coffee was really no better than mediocre, made using an automatic machine -- which is why we had avoided Tim Hortons for most of this trip. But we finally gave in just to have some of their donuts, and also ordered lattes -- and to our surprise, we saw that they were now using a real espresso machine, and the coffee was now very good as well! Highly recommended.

Tim hortons is Tim Horton's but two yrs ago we were stuck in a snowstorm, coming from Halifax in the middle of the night...our flight had been delayed. We got stuck and a good samaritan who works there had her son in law come and plow us out...and they let us stay there till the roads were better and offered us coffee etc....good people

I've visited this Tim Horton's numerous times and all the staff are very helpful. They are trained, I understand, by staff member Rhonda who goes over and above to keep her customers happy. Thank you for finding me strawberry shortcake doughnut again Rhonda.

This location is convenient to us when we stay in the area, is well-staffed and well-stocked. We enjoy so many of their specialty items, and the ability to access WiFi.
