College Street Diner - Sherman

Delicious home-cooked meals! This is the best chicken fried steak I've ever had in Sherman—tender and perfectly seasoned.

I visited this restaurant during a trip after reading the reviews, and I wasn't let down! They serve the best biscuits I've ever had, paired with homemade jalapeño strawberry jam. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff and locals were incredibly friendly!

The catfish was excellent, and the beans and rice, accompanied by a salad, were delicious! I really enjoyed the flavor! The tartar sauce served with it was a nice touch. We will definitely come back! The service was outstanding—timely and friendly!

This place is a gem. The food was so tasty. Everything was fresh and nice and hot it was great. The server was awesome and attentive. We got the catfish special. We will be going back for sure and can't wait to try something else. Must try.

Great little hole in the wall place. One of those places that has a lot of regulars. Went for breakfast and got great portions at a good price. Biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, ham, and fried potatoes. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitelygoing into the rotation.
