Absolutely terrible experience with her night shift. Sleeping doors in front of children and physically disgusted that new customers came. Thank God McAlister over the highway has better customer service. Five stars for them.

11/13/22 18:30. It was not busy waiting 1 person in the line ahead of us and 1 van. The young man with a shameful beard had orders very slowly. He was more concerned about rolling his beard hair with his hand. He rolled his hair all the time of contact.. he arranged up the sandwich, chips and drink all separate make it more expensive than a combo.. Waiting for our sandwich was much longer than other Firehouse sites that I visited were busy.... 5 dirty tables.. No one cleaned the tables during our visit. 4 employees present that I could see. The sandwich was good or they got a star...

I love Firehouse Subs, was hesitating to write this because it was addressed in other reviews. I ordered online at 1:11 online said order would be ready at 1:30, it was closer to 1:45. The employee apologised for waiting, the other employee brought them to comment that they are always slow, must be an inside joke or not. I ordered online with hopes that I could pick it up and go. Also they do not use the pickup station so if you order online they will call your name. It is really a shame that this experience was not good and it seems this Sherman to be TX location. I never had that with other Firehouse Subs. Good luck for owners/managers at this point, hope you can find people who take these reviews seriously. My sandwich was fine, but another problem was that there was no ice in the beverage machine.

Ordered delivery through Texoma delivery. Ordered two large subs with no combos or extras. Total was near $50! These subs are not worth over $15 per sub! The brisket sub definitely needs more meat and bbq sauce if you're going to charge over $15! Also, the bread needs some added flavor or seasoning.
