Texas Roadhouse - Sherman

Worst experience and worst meal ever at Texas Roadhouse. 2 Fort Worth ribeyes inedible . Waitress did not care at all. She was lost. 4 people to the party. 1 navy pilot Vietnam . No veterans discount offered. Almost 200$ wasted. I felt ashamed for recommending this dump. It’s not what it use to be. The food was beyond horrible.

Not often do I get a steak at a restaurant that is absolutely perfect. My wife and I both got different types of steaks and both were amazing. The rest of the meal was just as good, hats off to the cook.

Awesome carryout team!! Food was hot and well cooked. Ready as promised.

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. This one needs to tighten up their service and food. We get there, and the 1st thing we see is the hostess yawning so big that we see every tooth in her mouth, then just ask how many are in our party. Where's Her manners? Then hostess us to follow her. We run into the back of her because she stops to get silverware, then she walks over to get the bread, and then we follow her again. Wouldn't it have made more since to grab the bread and silverware, then say follow me? We ask for no small booth. Guess what? That's where they sit us. The bread is cold. The butter would not even melt. We order a tito and water. She brings out a glass of tittos and a glass of ice water? Anyway, we pour our water into the glass of tittos. Remember, we are sitting in the smallest booth they have. We don't have that much room. Our steaks come out, and they are overcooked. We are so hungry that we ear them anyway. Then we watch hostess drop a asking of silverware. She doesn't go back and pick up. It was stepped over 30 times before one server kicks it out of the way. We try to get the manager's attention, but she is too busy at the bar on her phone. My boyfriend yells ma'am and waives. She never looked up from her phone. Finally, a server picks the napkin of silverware up and pits in on top of the bin where the silverware is stored. It should've been taken to the kitchen since now the napkin is dirty. We watch people come in and bump into the hostess as she does the same thing to them by getting silverware and bread after saying follow me. Not impressed at all at this location.

Prime rib was excellent serve was outstanding. Love the rolls and best salads.
